EEOC files suit against King Soopers

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Denver against Dillon Cos. Inc., which does business as The EEOC alleges King Soopers failed to accommodate the employee, , who said she needed time off to deal with her bipolar diagnosis. Ferris was a receptionist at King Soopers’ headquarters in Denver for five years, beginning in 2003.
